The actress and singer purchased the newly built property in 2015 for $2,179,000. But now she’s moving on from the harmonious home, and hopes to pocket a profit on the way out.

Tyler Stanaland with Compass is the listing agent. Stanaland and Snow married earlier this year. The two also share an apartment in New York City‘s Greenwich Village. The actress posted a shot of the newly decorated pad on Instagram. “Love is: decorating our first NYC loft together,” she wrote.
