Just in time for summer—and five years after selling a compound in Point Dume—the pop star Pink has made waves with another beach buy in Malibu.
The musician and her husband, Carey Hart, have picked up an oceanfront getaway for $13.7 million, Dirt reported.
The “just completed,” redone contemporary was formerly the home of a fellow music icon, Barry Manilow. It was offered in April for $13.5 million, and the buyers paid over asking price to secure the sensational space.
With five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, the 4,320-square-foot layout features dramatic high ceilings and glass walls in the living room. Redone hardwood floors cover the beachy abode. Natural light pours into the main living area, highlighting the glints of gold that can be found throughout, from faucets to light fixtures.
The living area opens to a large deck overlooking the beach, with space for outdoor dining or lounging.
On the main level, the family room leads to a courtyard, which offers a spacious place to entertain outside. A new, state-of-the-art, eye-catching kitchen has white tiles and “bruised” gold fixtures. That gleaming kitchen adjoins a casual dining area that also leads out to a deck.
The floor plan also includes a dining room with an ocean view. Upstairs, the primary suite contains a fireplace, walk-in closet, and ocean views. The en suite bathroom has a free-standing tub, large shower, and an additional walk-in closet.
Two more upstairs bedrooms with dual bathrooms also offer water views. Downstairs, the beach level offers a bedroom or a gym with a new bathroom and full laundry room.

If that’s not enough space for visitors, the property also comes with a remodeled guesthouse.
The lovely location is described as “perfectly jutting out on a point,” with 180-degree ocean views that include Santa Monica Bay from Point Dume to Palos Verdes.
Pink and Hart previously owned a Point Dume property with a private path leading to the coveted Little Dume Beach. The significantly larger, 6,300-square-foot property came with 1.2 acres, a pool, and tropical landscaping. The couple sold the home in 2016 for $12.5 million, which netted them a small profit over the $11.85 million they paid in 2010.
They had initially listed the retreat for almost $14 million in 2015. With no takers, they dropped the price to $13 million and scored a sale for the even lower amount. According to Dirt, they had been leasing another place in the area before laying out the cash for their latest foray in Malibu.
The three-time Grammy winner’s chart-topping hits include “Get the Party Started,” “Don’t Let Me Get Me,” and “Just Like a Pill.” The acrobatic performer has sold over 90 million albums worldwide. Hart is a freestyle motocross and motorcycle racer.
Irene Dazzan-Palmer with The Agency represented the seller and Lily Harfouche with Compass the buyers in the deal.
